Monthly revenue of $500, but you're only asking $700...why? Do you have proof of revenue?

We operate icamschat.com as an adult advertising agency for adult businesses. We don't have specific "proof" available to show you. However, whoever buys that website is probably going to operate icamschat.com under a new vision for that website. So, I don't think the current revenue is relevant to the ambitions of a new ownership team for icamschat.com.

Then why did you put a month revenue if you don't have any proof and if it doesn't apply to or effect the new owner? Makes no sense.

We are selling the website on as "as is" basis, okay. We make no predictions on the profit margins of the website when under new management. We plan to provide assistance as far as business leads. But, if you are seeking "free money", we make no guarantees.

I am not seeking "free money" - lol.

In your listing you provided that the websites makes a revenue of $500 per month. It would be assumed and fully expected that the new owner would be receiving a website that makes $500 in revenue per month. It's not FREE MONEY, it's part of the value of the website that you are selling.

Obviously it does not make sense to sell a website for $700 if it is making $500 per month so if the website does not have revenue that is going to carry over to the new owner then simply do not list revenue when you list a website for sale. It's as simple as that.

I'm not trying to be difficult or rude in any way but I do think that it's important that your listing is factual. You put $500 as the monthly revenue and you did not follow that up with any statement about the revenue NOT carrying over to the new owner.

Since we are selling icamschat.com on an "as is" basis, prospective bidders should then assume no predictable revenue associated with that website.

...Sounds like you may be describing your own vexatious posting to the eforum thread.
