ibnuasad is a thief and should be banned.

ibnuasad, a user at this forum, is a thief and should be banned. I have repeatedly requested that Digital Point ban him and delete these threads where he is attempting to sell stolen software -- my software.

I say ATTEMPTING because I've put security measures in place that prevent his illegal access from working anymore. So now, not only is he stealing from me, he's also stealing from his "customers" by getting their money and giving them nothing in return. Bad enough to be a thief--but a thief who can't deliver is even worse.

    Here are his illegal threads:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=179146&highlight=instant+article+wizard

A quote from ibnuasad from the first thread:

This thread is my official petition for the moderators here to DO SOMETHING about this thief, to prevent him from further selling people's software illegally.

At the very least, ban this user and delete those two threads.

If you agree with me, please say so here.

I don't know if I agree or not. But if he is a thief he will get ban.

He's been selling stolen software on this forum for months, and despite my repeated attempts to get the owners of this forum to ban him, he continues to attempt to sell my software illegaly.

So it's not so cut and dry. It would be nice to say that "if he is a thief he will get banned", but so far that hasn't happened, which is why I'm putting this petition together.

Only 1 thread is enough to prove

I'm not concerned with infractions. I'm concerned that two threads selling software illegally have been continued to be allowed at this forum for six months.

This person has only 1 Negative iTrader out of 97 and it's not for "your" tool. You havn't really shown anything here to make people believe it's yours anyway.

They've been locked by the creator of the thread because he realized I was onto his scheme. That doesn't prevent him from being able to be PM'd and steal more people's money, though.

I can't believe people here aren't more upset about somebody using this very well known, respected forum to attempt and rob people.

Why don't you sue him? Is it going to be lengthy process? Or he is not in your country?

He's in a different country, and one that is virtually impossible to sue.

Ouch. I can understand why you're upset, who would not be if someone stole their product and sold it illegally. Hopefully you can stop the guy, or at least stop him from selling on popular forums.

Yep satisfied, don't get me wrong i do not support this kind of activity but for someone who knows nothing of the background of this situation your post was a claim and nothing more.

I'm glad i didn't purchase this software, and wish you all the best with the outcome as i've had something similar happen to myself.

It makes it very hard when dealing with such things on an international level.

Thankfully I've put security measures in place that prevent everyone who bought the software illegally from being able to use it, and from this guy selling any further illegal access. Even so, the fact that he's been selling it for 6 MONTHS and the moderators have done nothing just drops my jaw.

I'm beginning to wonder what somebody has to do to get banned here... seems like they can do anything illegal that they want and remain in good standing!
