Hey guys, So ive had this old computer that my friend gave me to try and fix. He has an IBM A31 laptop and it wont boot up. The lights on it will just flicker then it will do nothing. I have ruled out the battery and power supply as the source of the problem by testing alternate power supply and battery that were working and testing them in that computer. Has this sort of problem every happened to anyone any suggetions?
