iBabies.net Parenting Community, Baby Books, Store, Forums FOR SALE

I am putting my website www.ibabies.net up for sale because I need to make some money for a future project. This website is like a baby to me, I created it from the ground up and have monetized it for extreme revenue potential.

Unlike a lot of other parenting websites out there this one is different. This one has a built in Online Baby Books feature where the user registers and creates an online baby book. There they can enter milestones, photos, news, etc and send the link to their friends and family.

Also, there is a built in online store powered by Amazon.com. I have customized this down to the very essentials for baby products, products for mothers, childrens books, childrens clothing, etc, etc. This will be a great money maker.

There is also a community in the works here. http://www.ibabies.net/community It is powered by SMF. I have created all the forums, subforums, etc. Of course you can add more if need be. I will include my licence of Ico-Content for SMF to be included in this sale $99.00USD Value. If you are not familiar with Ico-Content please see www.icomotion.com and choose ico-content. This program will help get the forums and create posts aimed at the categories of the specific forums. You can also choose keywords.
Ico-Content is not yet installed.

All Graphics were made by me, and the entire site was built by me. This is a one of a kind site.
The domain name is one of a kind. Both domain names (ibabies.net and ibabies.org) comes with purchase of the site.

iBabies.net has Google Ads already incorporated into it, all you have to do is change your ID number.
ibabies.net is already listed in Google.

marcel: There is no monthly income right now, other than a few clicks on Adsense. However the site is set up to become a great money maker. The possibilities are endless with such a site and there are 4 great features of this site that are already primed and ready to make money. One being the Online Store (Amazon Associates), the BabyBooks (which right now the price for a user to register on the site and make one is $5.00 for 120 months) That can be changed of course. The other 2 are Google Ads that are already in rotation, and selling advertising.
