I wouldn't bank on MSN, I've been #1 etc for some high ranking terms for a few weeks at most, and then you drop down to 40-50s.

Their algorithms are different, they treat newer sites alot better then they move em down after a time.

Leave it where it is. Number 3 is a good result and anyone looking for affiliate stuff using the keyword, 'earn', will find your site. Don't get obsessed with #1. It isn't necessarily the best converting spot. ;)
    No. See above ^^

    Pfffft! As if.

Like what my Doubt was that
in Google Results are sorted in Page Rank basis.
But in MSN how are they sorted?
    Because keywords remain the same.

Congratulations, but msn mean almost nothing these days. Top rank in msn seldom convert into good traffic.

I think 2/3 word combos get a lot more referrals than 1 word search. Yep, MSN results change up and own like a yoyo.

    EARN. DAMN

MSN may be a player in the future though.

2006 I thought they were to release there desktop web seach, if this happens bank on MSN's stock going up a couple of points...

I always have good Placement on MSN.

I think is has to do with.

Site Design/Structure (dreamweaver code always does well for me)
links, but not as many as google.
no time delay on new sites.
domain name has "Earn" in it. KEY.

what I would do is since you have good placement 3rd, I would make subtle changes to it and see what happens. Add some out going links for visitors, maybe add a flash element, move around title keywords, target 2 and 3 keywords to go with it.

and keep linking, you are doing well. good job.

    your site seems spammy...

personally I would remove the most of the google ads, and concentrate on selling potential.

there are way to many chances to leave your site before you get to the content.

I personally know that its a MFA site and hundred's of times People have told me about this in DP.
Selling Potential? - Frankly to say from the visitors i get is that my visitors dont even check out my two-tier affiliate links.
They just come up and go away within seconds and i need to get something from them, which is through adsense.
I was just surprised about the Keyword nothing else because this site is not a Professional one, hence it dosn't affect me a Lot.

    Thats incorrect (almost).

In Google results are sorted on "relevancy" basis. Pagerank is only a minor factor.

If you use DP's Keyword Suggestion Tool , you will get an idea about number of searches done for each phrase daily.

Looking at the search results, I dont think anyone is really targeting the word "earn" . The results are full of useless blogs.

Dont expect much traffic from MSN.

For Google, you need to concentrate on the anchor text used in links and relevancy of the sites.

Incidently, how much traffic do you get for such a generic tearm like that?

How is the site perfoming for you adsense wise?

#3 is better than #1 if not the same. They will get the same amount of traffic. Most people click on the 2 through 5 results.

A study tells that the #1 position on the search engines get about 80% of the traffic and the #2 position gets 35-40% only so you can see the difference!

So, #1 is the best place you could have!

    Take care
