    We all start somewhere :)

In the Admin CP, there's a Styles & Templates section.

Click on that, then within that window you should be able to figure out how to edit the templates for your Default Style. (unless your using a different vBulletin skin)

Then you want to edit the header template, and within the code look for the logo image and replace with your custom header image.

I have found that the easiest way for a non techie to do this is create an image that you want to replace the logo, something to do with your site for example. Then name it vbulletin3_logo_white.gif. That's the image's name. Now upload your new image to the directory where the logo is on your server. If you left everything as default it should be in www.yoursite.com/forum/images/misc/vbulletin3_logo_white.gif
When asked if you want to replace the current image, hit "yes".

    Hope this helps.

If there is anything else you don't understand you can PM me and I'll try to help you out. I've been working with vBulletin for over a year now and am pretty familiar with it.
