I would never use Servage Hosting

I while ago I found someone had stolen my website design so I contacted their hosting (Servage) and told them about it.

I got a reply saying welcome to my new hosting and if I have any problems just ask. It didn't seem automated. But they just ignored my message.

I sent it again to a different dept. I've not heard anything back from that yet, but I just got this message:

"This is Steven from Servage Hosting again. We were
in contact some time ago regarding your hosting needs.

We are still very interested in hosting your website and are
able to offer you a good discount if you decide to get hosting
from Servage by using this coupon code when signing up: SSFC
(this is a promotion valid the next five days).

We are here for you so please do not hesitate to contact us
again if you have any questions. If there is nothing I can do
for you kindly discard this email and accept my apology for
    the inconvenience."

This is poor customer service and its put but off ever using them as a hosting company, even though I wasn't considering it in the first place.

    What are you thoughts?

My thoughts are that they should stop outsourcing support staffs from whatever the heck they are getting them from =/

Actually, them outsourcing support staffs from around the world are just rumors, I think dreamhost does it too. Anyway, they probably misunderstood what you said, a few months back I reported an illegal site that were hosted with them, up to today it's still up and on the same host (servage). Oh well, keep sending the mails, try to use basic english or something that even a baby can understand, maybe they'll understand.

I don't have a deal with them. I sent them a message telling them that a site hosted on their servers has stolen my site design.

The first message actually said "welcome to your new hosting..." still with my title about the stolen site design intact. It was just stupid.

The 2nd message said what I put at the top of this thread.

I replied to it and said "reply if you are a real person". I got a message back like this.

    "We are investigating this further

    regards

    Julia"

I don't know whether they are investigating the human thing lol or my matter.

I think they are too busy to answer to your email
    Why don't you call them?

Maybe that's just what they send once you send them an e-mail. Does the e-mail get there right away? You should call them like above said, that way they can't ignore you.

Servage was acquired by a Swedish company a couple of months ago and they are still in the process to migrate accounts and services, that explains why things like these are occurring (automated messages.)

Before the purchase the support department used to reply and resolve any issue immediatedly, after that I don't know since my websites have been running without problems for long, long months.
