Hello all! I would never use adword again! Actually I can't use adwords again even if I wanted too! I made a live video site that showed live cams from around the world. It was all html and took forever to make! I put adwords think I could make some money. Well, the site got a decent amount of traffic but it took just over a year for the adwords ads to get close to the $100 threshold. At about $92 google said I violated the terms and they cut me off! They gave no real explination just a generic email notification. They never replied to my inquiries. I did nothing to justify being cancelled. I did not receive one penny of the $92 I did earn before getting cut off! I've heard that this happened to a lot of people. You should be real wary of using adwords! Thanks! Nick
Your talking about 'adsense' not 'adwords'. There must have been something on the site that violated the google TOS.
Opps! Sorry about that! There were no violations on the site. The site was mostly resorts and zoos with live cams. The sitye had nothing but live cams and a description of where the cams were coming from. It was the same for about a year before they cut me off. I searched for "google ripoff" and found a site where literally thousands of people said the same. They were cut off just prior to getting their first payment without any explination and could not get a reply from google. Once they cut you off you can't open another account, not that someone would want too after being ripped! I didn't think it was even worth it when I saw how low the per click return was. It was fractions of a penny in the travel category that costs quite a bit. Thanks!
You really are are posting this in the wrong place - the adwords forum is where people who PAY for adverts hang out. It's not google's money that gets paid out - it comes from advertisers. And advertisers don't want sites that violate the ToS taking their money.

There was a professional describing the resort or zoo that had the live camera, a embedded video of the live camera, a link to the resort/zoo and the google ad. There was only one google code/ad on each page, no other ads. The site and every page was the same for about a year. It took that amount of time before I approached tha payment threshold of $100 to get my first payment. I was in the $90's when I was cut off! Search google for "Google Ripoffs" You'll find a site that has literally thousands of people who were also cut off without explination just before getting their first check. Nick P.S.
