The top rectangle will not get you much*, you might be the lucky few though. I would remove it and place a smaller horizontal rectangle under your "promoted videos" section. That way the user is still getting to your content and seeing your ad in between. The box on your right, why is it black? It should flow with the rest of your template. Keep it white background, if you really want it to stand out just add borders. Also keep it aligned with the rest of your side bar. You see it is exceeding the width? So change the sidebar width to accommodate the adsense box. If you removed the large rectangle from the top of page, then you can also add a box right under your videos on your individual video pages, just before the description OR blend it into the description and align it to the right of it. I'm not trying to be negative - but you're wasting your time trying to make money from adsense with that site I make my living from adsense and you need "on page text" to make money from adsense Take a look at the video site in my signature - spot the difference? I make up to $45 a month from these video sites - depending on niche, and effort I put into backlinking them
