    I would like to start a video website , similar to this site, http://www.ganges.com/ enable me to grab video from another site, does anyone know where I can find a clone script like this

    I've look at some scripts sites, but those sites are for people to upload their own video, what ganges.com does is just embled video from another website such as youtube, so it doesn't taking much of my own webspace, or banwidth, that's why I wanna make one like that

    So, basically, you're gonna "steal" content from other providers, present them on your webpage, and use the other providers webspace and bandwith. Sounds like a wonderful idea.

    Yep, if YouTube (Google) didn't like this, they wouldn't make it so easy to do!

    In reality they encourage it by offering the embed links, so they WANT people to do this kind of thing!

    Youtube actually pay to display most videos, the movie sharing websites are definately hot atm. As for the script, it depends what you want it to do. Mine is custom and I'm always tweaking/adding to it. As mentioned earlier, phpMyMovie is a good script.
