I would like to compile a list of resourses, Forums, sites, blogs etc, to promote special offers on certain sites. Any thoughts?
Is your goal to just make money or to spam these resources? If so, I think you might be asking for trouble. If you're looking to contribute value in addition to promoting offers that make money you could be doing them a service. In this case just go to your favorite search engine and do a search for your topic and the method you want to compile. For instance if you want to create a list of internet marketing forums search for : "internet marketing" forum You'll find thousands of results.
