Hello World! I currently work at a call center providing technical support to DSL subscribers, and upon a long call I somehow found the conversation on the topic of design and graphics etc. Whats the point? This person said I had to come here, I had to check it out and dive into the community. I must say, I've been browsing the forums for several weeks now and I thought it was time to properly say hello. From what I've seen thus far, this place seems great. Always active members and there is so much information avail. for a wide range of my interests. I just recently switched my major to Graphic Design from Computer Science, I've always enjoyed drawing, coding or as I call it, designing things. I like seeing things that come from my mind fit other peoples needs. However, upon browsing this website, I've discovered how much is really out there and how limited my abilities really are. So, with all that said, I look forward to being part of the DP community, and perhaps one day I can contribute as much as I've learned already.
Is it bad that I actually laughed out loud when I read that? I'm actually from Cincinnati.(As I just realized it states at the top right... >.<) Not the most exciting place imo. And thanks for all the welcomes!
