Right now my CTR is 0.25% with about 0.13$ PPC. I would like to improve the CTR rate. I'm looking for an Adsense expert that will help getting better results. I'd suggest looking at services like yieldbuild.com and pubmatic.com That might help you with colour optimisation. However, if you don't currently have a reasonably high number of ad impressions it's going to take them a long time to improve things for you.
