    Can I put gogle ads there?

    Since it's a turnkey site, definitely there will be a duplicate content since others surely bought it.

    as long as that duplicate content isnt copyrighted, you should be fine with Adsense.

    Getting traffic to the site is a whole-nuther issue..

    It depends on the turnkey site... there are some gambling turnkey scripts which would be against TOS... but if it is anything that will not conflict with the TOS you should be OK.
