Adsense is one of the slowest ways to make money online. For someone new to the industry (and I assume you are new since you don't have your own strategy to do this) you would be looking at 1-3 years to make that sort of money on Adsense alone. Other business models are much more effective.

1st. Way:

Get a loan, and buy a ton of small website that make small amounts each day.

If you can negotiate $100 - $150 or less for a website that makes a consistent $1 per day, and buy 100 of them.

$10,000 to $15,000 equals = $100 per day and $3,000 per month. You can pay off your debt in four to five months.

Try to find websites that are close to expiring, but don't make a ton of money.

If a site is making 1 buck a day, and about to expire if the person isn't interested in maintaining the site, they will probably take the $100-$150 cash instead of paying a new registration fee.

2nd Way:
Buy a ton of domain names that are available, and Park them with Googles Parked Domain service. the best domain are one that have already been registered before. Next Buy traffic somewhere cheap, and play Adsense Arbitrage.

3rd Way:
Just buy a bigger site that make more then $100 a day. A site that make $100 a day only does about $36,000 a year "cheaper then an american car". Get a loan for $50,000 to $70,000 and offer the site owner cash "also let them know your looking at other sites". Most people making $100 a day from a site will gladly sell it for $50,000 to $70,000 cash in hand "unless they love the niche".

Loan payment will run about $900 to $1000 a month, and the profit is yous.

Plus if the site is doing $100 a month, it easy to take it to $300 to $400 if you find the right partner and start selling ad space.

I would also purchase a few of the smaller competitor site for a few grand, and leverage them all.
