Hey I was wondering what I could do to make my blog a little more attractive and make the adsense stick out but not look like ads:

I know I haven't written in a while but I will once I get some ideas to spruce it up a little :)

Customized your ads background and text color the same as your background and text color in your blog. Position your ads before and after of your post so that it will look like a part of your post.

Hrm ... I'm not sure it's possible to make adsense 'attractive'. I mean, people will click if it's of interest. I'd be more concerned with content.

Get if off of BlogSpot and get your own host and domain.

Write or wrong, people automatically discount blogs on free hosts. I know many AdWords advertisers filter their ads from on appearing blogspot hosted sites.

    Do you blame them?
IMO Blogspot has to be the #1 SPAM website hosting service online right now. 90% of the sites/blogs I visit that are MFA are hosted on blogspot.

    to the OP:
    Customize your adsense colors.
Use the same background color as where you are putting your ad

hmm i think sometimes the content make google go crazy , i used "IP" in my text and all ads became related to "IP" ...some things are strange, the same with "url" i made 5 posts since then but my ads are with "url" :)

Blind? Don't you mean Blend? Blinding ads is certainly not useful

Anyway, to topic starter: experiment! With new "Manage Ads" feature introduced, it's easy for publishers to experiment. Try various positions, colors, layouts etc. and see which one performs best :)
