I'm happy with the majority of my website and the message. What I have done is to create a page which covers my ideas on Banks, and how Banks are screwing up the whole global business area. My idea of a solution is listed. What I would like comments on is. Is my site the best place to put the information? Will people read or even care what I think? Would you carry the idea forward? Drachsi
Hey Drachsi! when reading what you wrote above .. I was excited to go to your page.. I also have the same views on banking as you listed above.. BUT when I went to your site.. i didnt find that right off the bat... there is alot of content not involving banking so it lost me.. I guess mainly bc iwas excited and expecting something else from your above discription.. MAYBE i didnt find the page your talking about and its a sub page on your page? personally id link people to a page that explains banking in more depth and how they are screwing alot up for us... if i could find it easier! Jessica
The Banking page does not really fit in with the majority of the website. But as the vast number of companies are experiencing restricted credit from their normal banks, I thought to introduce the idea, in the hope that it might be taken up and discussed by visitors etc. I could take all the menu and logo's out, and just leave it as a plain article. What do you think? Drachsi PS the direct link is http://www.drachsi.com/bank-of-commerce.htm
Please, don't take it wrong but you are addressing businesses on your site. IMHO if you want a "rant" like yours on a site like yours, you need to make it relevant to the audience of your site. In the UK, banks are not lending enough in spite of enormous quantitative easing by the central bank. What is the situation in theh USA? How does the Euro crisis affect all this and what is the situation in the Eurozone? Your article is far to general to enhance the standing of your site. Either publish it elsewhere or bring it in line with the quality of content of the other parts of your site so that you don't alienate your clients.
You are both right. When I had to think about it, it does not fit into the site. So what I have decided to do is create an active pdf file and then link to it from different parts. Thanks for the feedback. Regards Drachs
