    Nice. Works fairly well in my phone's browser compared to other sites. All the left navigation fits in the screen, so don't change that.

    Too much empty space in the header/banner.

    Show more photos of the contestants, not just the one in the left margin. I'm guessing people (guys) are interesting in seeing the photos and browsing through them, so make it really easy.

    The "Join Now" should be larger or even better would be to use a graphic image.

    Does you site focus on Miss Khmer or on Cambodia or on Khmer community? I would try and choose just one. What does "Play Texas Holdem Live" have to do with your site's topic? I would remove things that aren't related. Find just one thing and do it really well. If it's to generate profit you can add that later once the site is a success.

    The header image is really too big and empty. I would consider making it shorter. Otherwise it looks nice.

    The site layout and design is great. I would agree that the header image needs to be redone - it wastes too much of useful space and makes the header look empty.
