I have an established marketplace site which I wont share the URL here but I wonder if let;s say I have a page where it lists scams and frauds happening in my site including their real name as stated in the database etc. would it bring harm to my site? Let's say John Doe is a verified member in my site. He's signed up under username JohnA.

But instead of saying "JohnA" is a scammer, i post in the scams & frauds page it's "John Doe" who scam so people know his real identity. If let's say I know 10 scammers/fraud case in total, and I expose these 10 people in my web page, would it harm my site like maybe they will file a case against me considering my only evidences are just virtual proofs and victim's claim? or actually it's a good idea?
