I won this auction. Seller won't give up the domain. Got points for him???

    I am assuming the seller did not like the ending auction price.
    I pmed about winning his auction. Then, I even emailed him.

    He emailed back today and said

    "I am not interested in selling the domain any more. Sorry.
    Regards"

    Now, I have left negative ITrader comment for him. Doesn't he deserve a few choice points or being banned completely for this and wasting my time in his auction for a domain he was never going to sell anyway ????

    Not living up to his end of the deal is infraction worthy, as far as I know.

    So far I have heard nothing. Maybe I am not supposed to and everything is done privately . But a little DP support would be helpful. Not to abide and follow through with your auction should be a criminal offense here, imo

    If you are interested in someone's infractions, you should contact them about it. Making a post publicly hoping they see it seems like a waste of time.
