i wk avg alexa rank 200000 is it good

I have got a sudden jump in my alexa ranking from 2700000 to 200000. Will this help me in getting better traffic

200,000 isn't bad at all. Good job but Alexa only records your traffic and doesn't boost it. It promotes sites that are ranked within the first 500 on its front page though so it will only help if you get to that point.
