sorry for the confusion... I am simply offering to help with the live chat feature that is on many websites like meebo or live person. the "door while open" was just an analogy. Just looking for work and I can help someone who has a website with traffic to it but they don't necessarily have the time to answer questions when a visitors needs some help live on the web site.
