Yeah, I was temp banned for getting infractions and then bitching about them. No big deal, I'm back now. Yes, I'm still offering these at the prices that you were PM'd about. If you haven't received a PM, then the prices is currently $16, and will be $25 in a few days. How are the sites doing? Well, my sites have brought in a total of about $5 over 3 sites that I have, in the last 2 months. Not much, but that's only by getting about 10 - 15 hits per day on each one. I'm currently working on SEO for these sites, because once I can hit the front page of Google, I expect to see great earnings. The point is, I don't have to work on the site anymore, just SEO.
Sorry, I must have missed these comments when I got back, but I'll address them now. You can drive traffic to these sites with several methods, the best of which is probably search engine traffic. I am working with one of my sites right now to see if I can get higher rankings in search engines, allowing me to bring in more traffic for free. You can also you PPC and any other traffic methods that you know of, but that's up to you. When considering the offer, the domain name that you pick will probably be the most important consideration for getting high search engine rankings. I set up http://rolexwatchauctions.com for a guy earlier, and within 2 weeks he was on the front page of Google for "Rolex Watch Auctions". My own site, http://guccigallery.com is on the first page of Google for the term "authentic gucci apparel". With these sites, it's easy to rank well in the search engines for long tail keywords. I am currently work on the guccigallery.com site to figure out how to optimize it to do even better in the search engines. The script that this uses is NOT phpbay pro. It is built on Wordpress and uses the smartrss plugin to get the ebay feeds. I have customized the plugin, and added a couple of my own plugins, as well as adding a table and a bunch of extra code in order to make everything work as I want it to. So yes, there is a free plugin out there that will pull ebay feeds for you (and amazon and clickbank), but it doesn't work like this does. Results with the sites? Since I'm still learning SEO and how to get traffic, I only get about 3 - 10 hits per day on each of the sites. In November, I earned about $2.50 from the group of 6 sites that I have. In December, I was on track to another $2.50 until 12/28. I got a $9 commission from one product, which brought my results to about $11.50 for December. Once I figure out how to properly optimize the sites to take advantage of the search engines better, I expect to see daily sales. I'm also trying to figure out how to get more of the pages indexed. Right now, I'm at about 25% saturation on my guccigallery.com site. When I get things sorted out, I expect these sites to do quite well for me.
That doesn't matter. I'm saying that the keyword phrase based on the domain that he has is ranked high in the search engine. Nobody cares about that particular phrase, I agree. In fact, I don't even know why somebody would waste their time trying to see the search volume if you don't actually own the site. My point is, just like it was in the post above, is that you should pick a good domain based off your keywords that you are targetting. I bought the domain name guccigallery.com. That phrase, "Gucci Gallery" has no search volume either. If I had been smart about it to begin with, I would have bought something like "AuthenticGucciPurses.com", or something that incorporates more keywords into the domain. In short, maybe you should read a little better before making pointless comments.
This offer is still going. The price is now $25 per site, unless I have previously communicated with you. Here are 2 more sites that I created for somebody: http://www.tigihaircare.net/ http://peggykarrgifts.com/ By now you should have enough examples to see what the sites are like. How do they do? Well, you still need to promote them, but my group of 6 sites or so gets an average of maybe 50 visitors daily between all of them. I have now had at least one sale at each site since they were built around the end of November. They are starting to rank pretty well for long tail keywords, and I'm seeing that they are showing higher in the Google Rankings by using the webmaster tools. I made $12.08 in December as a total from the group of sites. It's made $8.1 so far this month from the group of sites. This is actually from just 2 sales.
I have a question.. do you just pull items from ebay.com, or can it be configured for ebay.co.uk (for example)?? Thanks **** SORRY**** just re-read the original post, and my answer is there.
You're right, I just pull the items from ebay.com. I can configure it to use ebay.co.uk, however. I just have to change a few minor details in the script to get it using pounds, instead of dollars, and GMT instead of PST. Once I'm done with that, I just have to get the feeds from ebay.co.uk, just like I would from ebay.com. I originally had http://awii4me.com set up as a US site, but the guy who bought it wanted to change it to UK, and you can visit the site to see the results...
is it possible for you to cloak the ebay links, as php pro allows you to do that. This is important because google doesn't like ebay affiliate links
Really? I hadn't looked into that. I'll have to figure out how to write a plugin for that, but it shouldn't be too difficult. I can see why it would be a little better to not have the ebay links, but I still seem to rank well with them in there. Is there anything else that would help out as far as Google is concerned? Which script do I use? Well, I use Wordpress along with the SmartRSS plugin, and a lot of custom code. If you read the very first post, it should clear things up.
Ok, the discount prices are over. From now on it's going to be $50 per site. There is a lot of potential with this type of site, as I'm seeing in my Commission Junction account. My sites that I built so far earned $21 this month, and are getting more traffic each day.
As of yesterday, I now have link cloaking enabled on these sites. The price is still $50, which can be earned back within 2 - 3 months in the right niche.
Along with link cloaking, I have now fix the sites so the thumbnails are hosted from your own server, instead of ebay. This removes the ebay footprint entirely.
