    Maybe all those people are him under different IDs...or friends of him...otherwise I cannot see why not anybody made a review...and why he doesn't communicate with his clients...

    There are lots of scammers outhere and he might be one of them...

    Well, like somebody said, if you are not a scammer you are looking like one...people are paying, you are not getting back to them...what that looks like?? At least you can come back and tell them what's going one...communicate.
    Not just come here, get people's money and then tell them - after a while - you are having problem with your staff! People paid, they want the service...they don't care about the problems with your staff! That is your internal problem and it's not a reason to delay the service...

    If you cannot handle too much work then don't take that much work..take it slowly...and solve your problems before getting any new orders.
