    I am looking to start new regional forum, so decided to go for vb but want someone to design my forum and can create custom design, logo and color layout according to my choice and can help me in creating categories too, so if someone is there to help me then kindly pm me with how much will you charge.

    I will do a custom for 20 dollars. I normally do them free, but am taking a break to earn some money.

    infopages, if this is still available, I can do it for you for $75-$100. I'm talking about a fully modified VBulletin template and the help you need in administrating the settings.
