I will pay $40 for this small task involving PHP & MYSQL

    Hi DPers!

    I have a vbulletin based forum. I want to develop a small system, in which all the registered users can be sent a unique coupon code (stored in the DB).

    For example, if i have 500 users, then i want to send a unique code to each of them. These codes are stored in my DB.

    Please help me implement this functionality on my website..

    Any help in this regard will be appreciated. And as mentioned..i am willing to pay for this also..
