    Why do you say that? 2CO (and Plimus) check by phone every transaction made by new merchants and they don't let you be buyer & seller at the same time.

    If the problem is to get your money out of paypal to your country not in paypal cash out countries. It's can be done. If you agreed for 5,5% for a transaction and some small fees less than $75.

    You can truy plimus. You can take paypal as well CC payments easily, the only problem is that you cannot pay via this method.

    OR

    Buy A Bank AC In U.S.A (there are few websites Selling US Bank Accounts or request your friend to lend you temporarily)
    Then Transfer Money From PayPal To U.S.A Bank And Then Transfer Money From U.S.A Bank To Pakistan Bank.

    Haven't tried this method, but this should most likely work for you.

    If you have a paypal account then withdrawal is no big deal. pay pal withdrawl cards/ paypal topup cards works in most of the ATM machine WITH "VISA" logo in pakistan..a little charges will be applied on it..which country paypal you have ?
