    i need a clear answer. i will pay 20 $ via paypal, if anybody can answer my question and give me" exact solution".

    My request and question is :

    i want to publish my web camera at internet web site.

    how can i make it " very easly"..i need very easy solution.

    you can advice me a " live cam broadcasting service without any content rules"

    i searched : livestream.com, ustream.tv etc
    but they have some " usage terms ". and it is not for me.

    which service i can use ?it can be premium service. no problem.i can pay

    If you have a VPS or dedicated server you can put Red5 on your server, and use jwPlayer for clients to view your webcam broadcast.
