    I will pay 1$ to the first 3 people that will help me appraise my website CORRECTLY

    I need something realistic, not some made up appraisal just to earn 1$ :p
    (I won't pay people who do some fake appraisal)

    So here is my website details:

    Name of the Domain = webconverter.net
    Registration Date = 30/08/07
    What do you want to use the domain for = euh...offering free file converter online..

    Subject of the Website = Webconverter.net Free Online Music, Video, Image & Document Converter
    Pages Indexed in Search Engines (Yahoo, Google, MSN etc.) = 262 pages indexed on Google
    Backlinks in Total = 2 from google
    Total Backlinks: 1,383
    Google Pagerank = 2 on home page and 1 on the other important pages

    Estibot estimation :201$

    Now tell me, what is my site worth? I need to sell

    I would say the site is worth Mid $xxx. The reason being the backlinks and The PR. The name in itself does not have any overture count but is very brandable and fits the purpose.

    Should be atleast $400+ in my opinion

    I would say Low $xxx. The name is very brandable and fits the in purpose of the site. Keep $1 with you :)

    Name webconverter is catchy but .com is much appreciatable.you'd get 300-450$ for your domain+site approximately.i'm not a professional appraise jus' an assumption.

    I think estibot is right, First a PR2 doesn't cost more than $20 bucks, Second you made no mention of income for the site- with no income don't expect to get alot for it, third 262 pages and 1383 backlinks is not alot despite popular belief so I'd say $250 maybe less. This is an opinion of someone who has bought and sold sites noone is really going to shell out thousands for a site unless you have revenue or there is something unique about it. I have a site with 12k backlinks and a PR2 and I bet I can't sell it for $500.00, go to the buy sell section and really watch what sells and the ones that have no income

    Seems like you really are an expert! :p
    But yes the site is monetized. I use adsense. The income aren't brilliant to say the least. Let's say it's like 5 buck a month.

    Important Note:
    It seems that this website has a lot of pages, however, it does not get traffic in relation to those number of pages. This mean that the website potential is $2,671 (with better designed pages), but that the real value one would expect to make with advertising is much lower than that. We estimate this website real worth to be no more than $274.
