Rest is FIXED just like in old banners

The colour of the banner mustn't be navy blue as it is now.

I want it to be the colour of the column - where it is written in yellow - the sale ends on.
Plus round corners and dark shadow on the border

I know it's not a work of 1.69$, so tell me the price

And if it can't be a banner just make it a graphical expression with html code.
