    I will make you a wordpress site (I can give you a wordpress theme or you can choose one ), or I can make you a simple html website with a theme based on your niche site and host this site on my hostgator account for 2$/month.

    If you only need a wordpress install with wordpress theme, or a html website - 5$

    Unless you have a reseller website, Hostgator doesn't allow to provide free and much less paid hosting, leading to account suspension.
