It is possible to chage payee name and address in your Google adsense account and you can do it very easily. Adsense account can be sold and i purchased it from my cousin. So it is not difficult.
well you can change the payee name but if you are banned from adsense then when you change your payee name. you will be banned and one more thing if you add the same urls or address as you use before it could be affect your account, so beware from that. google isn't dumb!
