Questions are always welcome!

I only post once per forum. So the 25 backlinks are all from different forums!
Whether or not a forum is dofollow or not, I don't know. The software does all the work for me and it takes whatever it finds - do follow and no follow.
I should also say though that google still values and credits you for no follow links. All it does not do though, is follow the link (hence the no follow tag).
My program attempts to submit to way more forums a day than 25. It tells me how many are successful and I always make sure that it stays above 25 a day per URL. Does that make sense?
