Well it depends.Who is good at finding adversers will never have problems with ptc website. I will buy new script with own rights. Are you running ptc website or just clicking at some. And if paid to click website wouldn't earning revenue they wouldn't exist.

You can start a PTC site as low as $5. But will it sustain? not even couple of weeks. Even if you get Custom Script, You need to be clear about the model you will use. Bux Model is unsustainable.
