That is partly due to folks like you entirely devaluing the market here. Tack a zero onto your figure and you will likely have better results. You may actually get something worth doing as well.

Yeah, but the actual price for a decent WordPress theme can easily be $300. What you're asking makes us wonder if you even know what you're doing...

You just have to find the right person who is serious about their business and wants to stand out with a completely custom design.

$30 is actually very cheap and people should grab this opportunity. But sometime low price backfire with perception that " Low price means low quality work"

Also as an advice you should show some portfolio of your past work for people. This may convert well. Please check your PM for my requirement.

Andrew, while I am not personally interested at this stage, can you show some examples of your work? screenshots, logos, or anything.
For me to setup and install wordpress properly, often takes me hours so I personally know $300-$500 is reasonable for a standard (or tweaked theme), and easy $1k-$5k for custom designed themes with logos, graphics etc.

If you were to say something like, "$500, but offering 3 people the chance to review my service for $50", then you would have about 10 people wanting to signup.

A portfolio is available when requested privately. The 30$ price tag is for a verry basic wordpress installing , setting up a premium theme , small tweaks, a few pages of content added service.
