    Lol, your budget is just $100?? You'd be better off buying a domain and building a website from scratch.. Noone in their right minds would let a content rich website sell for so little....

    Its just not serious to offer $100 to websites.
    Any of us, the webmasters, who bought a domain, developed it and market it, even for two weeks, will ask for more.
    I have sports betting sites, all on WP, with real content, links and traffic ( also some revenue ). Will never give them away for less than $400.
