    - No site from webmasters that are banned from Adsense or YPN
    - The forum must have more than 100 active members

    I have such a forum but..

    - most posts WILL be deleted because the posts are private and for computer science students only(homework, projects, classes, study material etc) except for our public section (15k+ posts) they will remain.

    - All our advertiser ads will be stripped because you don't need it anyway.
    - not including domain name

    Forum Include: 800+ members and growing
    unknown active members a day but around 30/50 a day excluding our private boards for computer science students.
    banner system, rss, paid subscription etc

    Traffic USA, europe
    site: www.happyserver.be

    Not asking for $3000 USD cause i know no one would pay for it but I would get atleast something in the xxx or xxxx range.
