    Ok here is a website that we started last year. It is about Computer Repair in Texas. We are locate in Houston. I will appreciate any brutal honesty about this website.

    The bad, the good, and the worse.

    1. what do you like?
    2. what you don't like?
    3. Will you do business with this company if you were looking for a computer repair company in Houston?
    4. The layout is easy to navigate?
    5. Can you find prices and locations?

    Thanks in advance for any comment, advice, opinion, and anything overall.

    Personally, I'm not a big fan of dark backgrounds. I think they put people off from browsing the site, and discourage conversions.

    There's way too much distance between the top of the page and the page's text content. This makes it hard for people to see a reason why they should continue browsing the site.

    I like the design in general it looks somewhat OK.

    But it definitely doesn't look 100% professional, maybe because of the overall darkness, the fact that it lacks color, and that its navigation makes a visitor a bit tired.

    I'm using Firefox 3.0.14 for the review and the middle section with the large image/links about "repairs", "learn about" e.t.c. are hiding behind each other they are not all visible. Is this supposed to rotate? It is not rotating on my end.

    The navigation in general is very hard and confusing.

    There are links on the top, image links in the middle (half of them hidden for my browser) and links in the bottom right. You should make it easier and simpler.

    You can find what you need on this website but not in a flash, your eyes have to work for it.

    I would surely order from this website, due to that fact that it doesn't look amateurish.

    But if I had seen a competitor of yours with easier layout/navigation and better color scheme and contrasts I would then pick them.

    Better navigation and color layout doesn't necessarily mean that you gain more trust, don't forget this is just my personal opinion.

    Thanks for your reviews. Please check the site again. We did some updates and small changes to the layout. We also validate the site as a Transitional HTML 1.0 web. You will need to probably erase the cache memory in your browser, because we just finishing updating the site. Thanks again for the excellent reviews.
    They helped us a lot.
