And as I said, I have created a contract between many high trafficed sites. We have a one database to log those 1000 hits. Whenever a visitor (real non-bot random visitors) clicks on a banner (your banner) your hitcount will be increased by one at the database. All sites use this same database. When you have got your 1000 hits, the next banner will be shown which is in queue. Because there are many sites 'joined together' and some sites will be place more than one banner on their site, your banner will be shown immediately and you do not need to worry about queues of banners. We will close this offer for a week if we are getting too many banners in queue.

This is about a good business strategy.

And by unique we mean that we do log IP addresses of clickers. So only 1 unique IP per click is counted. If same IP clicks more than once, your banner hitcount is increased only once.
