    I Whant to know how to convert PSD templates to CSS Divs? how is this convertion do, witch softwer is good to work, and easy for that CSS template Designs.

    There is software out there that will do it for you if you name your layers correctly. Just do search for PSD to HTML.

    The first step in converting PSD to CSS would be to get your psd file sliced up the way you want it. I use Dreamweaver to do the css after that.

    You can find great css tutorials on lynda.com where yo can learn how to slice psd to css and html
