I know what this is like, I was a witness to a head on motorbike crash with a van. The biker was thrown from his bike over the van and flew about 2m infront of me - crashed into a wall and was motionless. When I got to him the first words he said was "I dont have insurance". I wanted to slap him. cause he was fine apart from a few cuts on his legs.
It was her very bad luck day. You just remind me when i was working as supervisor at a site construction, i saw a worker fell down from about 3 meters height in front of me about 7 meters, his head came first and hit the floor. He was death after was sent to hospital.
Poor girl, hope she is ok now. Hope she recovers enough so she can put that piece of shit in court. As for the drunk driver, oh well, i guess a car run over after court send her home can do wonders... That or a brutal beating till she gets... how to say it... fuc$#$ up and cannot move?

at least the girl's boyfriend chased the driver down and put her to justice. Personally, I would have stayed with my girlfriend if she was hit by a car.
When will people learn? There are always advertisements on the tv about this kinda stuff but no one ever listens. Well... A lot do but not enough.
