Dear Dp members, I am from India. Due to recent changes in Paypal terms and conditions I have purchased a US verified paypal account. It was verified with VBA. Recently I have sent $10 to someone who was also using a US verified paypal account but actually he was from Pakistan. He created some disputes to some other guys ( I don't know why ) but accidentally he has also created a dispute to my account. (I don't know if that was an accident or deliberately done). As a result my account got limited and they have asked me to change the password and security questions which I did and final step is to confirm the address. For this I am worried may be I can't. There are some options like Upload some documents which I don't have any. And one more method I see to verify is by CC. Now I wanted to ask can I verify it with a Vcc? If yes can I verify it with Indian Vcc or do I need US vcc? I met the guy who has claimed dispute on my account and with the help of team viewer I have mentioned in the dispute case that he has not shipped the item and he is ready to refund. Now that he has done it will I get my account bank or do I have to verify my address for sure? I have some good funds locked in the paypal account. Please help now what to do to remove the limitations and withdraw funds?
