I recently purchased a lot of 3 domains form here on DP. The transfers for the first two domains went through, although the entire time it seemed a little shady. The third domain never went through, so i contacted the seller. Weeks go by, and i do not hear from the seller, untill just yesterday he contacts me saying that he did /not/ sell me the domains, and that someone had hacked his accounts and then sold them to me. Contacting paypal, I find that their dispute services do not cover digital products, and that my only course of action is to hope that the original seller (the hacker) sends me back my money...i laughed at this. So what can i do from here?
Open a dispute with paypal, say unauthorized transaction. Paypal rarely reads a dispute and usually 99% of the time from my experience just agrees with the buyer.
