    I wanted to buy an extremely famous forum (about sports and cars) with more than 120 000 registration (vbulletin).I paid the guy and 1 week later after sent him more than 30 e-mails explaining i have paid and i want the domain & host details + admin account password he told me ''Sorry man,i scammed u)...

    File a dispute/get the authorities on him. And from now on do big deals in escrow.

    GL getting your money back, and GL finding him too. Give him a good beating.

    That's a little more then just pocket change... *ouch* Why not share more of the transaction details in order for others to help you possibly recoup the loss? Just a thought...

    Whichever way that you pay from, file in that you were scammed. They should have the record of where the money went. Get to the cops or whatever necessary.
