Title: 'It is more important to be clever more than beautiful?' Do you agree? Write a letter to the editor of the Young Post giving your opinion. My work: Dear Editor, Being intelligent or beautiful? I bet most of the audience are hard to forego either intelligence and beauty. I would like to express my viewpoint about the importance of cleverness and beauty by writing this letter. In my opinion, it is not absolutely more important to be clever rather than pretty since different occupations request different requirements. Assume that one's occupation is a fashion model or an actor. It is absolutely advantageous for him to be handsome rather than clever since the prime requirement of his work is having good appearance but not intellectual. Therefore, there is no absolute for the question. Besides the occupational factor, the importance of beauty and cleverness should be judged by the wants of different types of people. The wants of different people in different age are varied. For instance, a youngster in adolescence needs good appearance for enhancing his dignity and self-esteem. On the other hand, an author of a novel works at home 24-7 so that he needs cleverness rather than good appearance. In fact, a good appearance can give the other positive feeling about you. We maybe surrounded by many people in an occasion. However, only few of the people in that can be noticed by you and the other. Why are they so remarkable? It is quite possible because of their excellent appearance or reputation. Therefore, none of us can deny the marvelous power of beauty.
