To be honest, I'm not entirely sure what your blog is even about...is it just a showcase of videos that explain how to make different things? That seems really broad to me. Maybe you could try making it more niche specific? Your ads are also all over the place, which doesn't look very good at all. I'd put a lot more work into it if I were you (if it's even salvageable, I mean).
Yeah your blog needs to be about something a bit more targeted, unless you're going for a personal blog in which case you should write about your day-to-day life. The videos are also covering the side bar, and you should blend those google ads a bit more. Use a banner across the top instead of a big block in the middle, and get the links to match colors with your blogs a bit more. That way they're still ads but they're not causing ad blindness.

I will think, based on the content itself, it will be difficult to drive target traffic to your site. The "how to - videos" subject is not really the keywords you may want to use?!
Video's fun to watch, but a bit random and the advert where too prominent (too in your face before even seeing the content/video). Good luck Angie
