you join , i m trying day by day to have good content .. i have seen here in mylot about revenue sharing but i dont know how to do that ,..,.. i wnt to start something intresting on my forum too.

put the forum in directories, do some link building, you could even write a guest post in a money making blog telling people how it helped you make money or something. use your imagination.
Start creating some interesting threads asking some questions that people can debate and discuss their opinions.
for new forums some paid posters is a good idea, or even just some sort of incentive for members to post. This may also be a bit of a lame suggestion (however I have seen this been done before) but you could also just register a few accounts yourself and post some threads & replies from them to encourage any real members to post, noone is going to post in an empty dead forum. It does mean a bit of extra work but if your willing to do it to save the cost of hiring forum posters then it'll surely be worth a while, or if your feeling rich you could do both.
Just simple tips. Do some contests at your new forums like referral contest,highest poster-thread starter contests etc. Promote your forums through Avatar and Signature throughout other well-known forums. Hire few posters so they post regularly on your forum. DON.
Your website has no substance, there is no reason for people to stay longer than 20 seconds. Maybe you should work on an actual website, then add a forum later.
