    He can still use PayPal, but he won't be able to withdraw any money and will have sending and recieving limits.

    It's not hard to get a CC, VCC or even a bank account. If you want to use paypal you are going to have to get something.

    VCC would be going against PayPal's terms of service and your shot at ever using PayPal as an actual payment processor would be gone

    Other option left for you is go and apply for addon CC if anyone in your house (parents,elder brothers,elder sisters) having CC. Once you get your addon CC, you can verify your PP account using that.

    If you don't have either CC or VCC, it's impossible to verify the Paypal account...Try to get a CC or use the unverified account.

    You can use VCC.. of course,its risky.. But cheaper and easier way to verify your paypal..

    well if you dont have a CC or bank account then whats the use of a paypal account to you then?? if you dont have anything then you shouldn't open a account in the first place.... and no i dont see anyone can help you....

    vcc will be banned for sure in the coming times. so avoid using them. get a ceredit card issued and follow the suit

    You haven't said why you don't have a cc or a bank account. I would be easiest to get both and then use your bank account to verify you pay pal account unless there is some major reason you don't have either a bank account or a cc.

    In oirder to get verified with PayPal or AlertPay you do need a bank account. I don't know asbout the credit card and if that verifies an account. I know they make twoi micro deposits in your bank account and, in order to be verified, you will have to check with yiour bank about 3-4 daysw after the Micro Deposits are made, get the deposit amounts and date they were put into your bank account and email that back to PayPal or AlertPay on their designated frorm and you are verfied. I just did that, and I strongly recommend you opening a bank account. You can do so with a minimum of $25.. Believe me, it's worth it.

    If you verify use my bank. You can make a purchase, even your paypal having no money, paypal will automaticlly withdraw fund from my account. DO you think I will be comfortable with this?
