But you do know that what you are doing is in total violation of your contractual agreement with Paypal. You could enjoy the likelihood of being limited for doing this.

Sorry sir, I have registered in a PayPal account by the French that this account is created in 2000! The problem is that Morocco in 2000 is not listed on the countries of PayPal, and your subject of independence has not any relation to this matter ....

It really has a lot to do with it. Basically, what I am saying is that Paypal only support a number of countries and there was a reason why Morocco was not included during that time. If they allow anyone to sign up pretending to be from another country or have total disregards for it then it defeats the whole purpose of listing who can or who cannot join.

It is not like if they do not officially support your country, it gives you full permission to use fake information or use some other means to sign up. It is just plain wrong.

How would you like it that if you disallow someone to go into your house and if he just break a window and enter your house, would you welcome him ? Because that is like what you are doing anyways here.

What I am drawing with my reference about Moroccan Independence is that you cannot claim that Morocco is part of France and sign up as a French Paypal account. If it was still part of France then of course, you have the right to do so. Put yourself in Paypal's shoes, do you see what you are doing is just obviously plainly wrong ?
