I want to use EFT in another country

    Hi everyone,

    I'm from dubai but i want to use my friend's bank account (which is in USA) for EFT. The money is lower than $ 600 it's about 40 Euro.

    - When i change my payee information do i have to refill W8-BEN or W9 Tax Form ?

    Because i heard when the amount is lower than $ 600 you don't need to fill tax form.

    - Also what are the costs for EFT ?
    - should my friend pay tax when he receives my money?
